1 star is being generous as a property manager. Where to start. Didn’t get back to applicants in timely manner so took 10 weeks for a tenant to move in. Then forgot to lodge the bond with the RTA that the tenants paid and didn’t advise us until we changed property managers. Then didn’t follow with a handyman they engaged for works despite a deposit being paid. Now we are chasing up a handyman to finish works that should have been completed 6 months ago. Landlords engage this business at your own risk.
