We had the misfortune of dealing with this solicitor (Nicole) when purchasing our home. Our conveyancing solicitors had to try and contact them multiple times to get responses for us (5 days and multiple emails for one particular communication). We came very close to pulling out of our purchase due to the lack of professionalism and timely responses.
