Renters beware - scammy real estate. Hauss was friendly and competent right up until they needed to give money back. Like countless other real estates these days they refused to give the bond back after the lease finished for no valid reasons. Bond was initially paid by 3 people, 1 of whom I had replaced on the lease. Before moving in I paid him 1 person’s share of the bond as per the lease and his bond payment receipt.

Turns out Hauss had conveniently created 2 versions of the lease - one with 2 tenants and another with 3. At the end of the lease after I asked for my bond back, rather than trying to understand the problem Ana became defensive, enraged, flat out lied and refused to pay the bond back claiming there was nothing to give back.

Her employees were also rude and hostile. Their greed and lack of manners when I didn’t have anything to offer them was indefensible.

We are tenants and I’m grateful to have such lovely team to deal with if anything arises. They are attentive and prompt. Ana and Gemma are excellent at what they do. It’s easy to let praises go unsaid, but after leasing through them for 2 years, I had to check in and say thank you.

Ana has the best property managment team. They look after the property as their own and maintain great relationships with tenant's and owners. I can't thank enough of Ana for maintaining our house in great condition for 3 years. They charge fees reasonably and few other services they provide, are above and beyond
