Bruce was very thorough in understanding the situation, and his advice was easy to understand and apply. Positive results achieved without having to go to court. Havilah legal have a plethora of 5-star reviews which swayed our decision to engage their counsel.
I felt that we were not heard properly and felt that Bruce lacked empathy and compassion.
Bruce would take his time advising us of his experience and other client situations, however I felt hurried when explaining our circumstances and felt that he was rude and condescending especially when I sought clarification.
I felt that the invoicing was inconsistent, and I expressed my concerns.
To his credit, Bruce did re-invoice us and refund the difference.
This was our first experience with a lawyer and it only made our experience more stressful.

Bruce and his team went above and beyond expectations to represent us in a recent 3 day trial againt a local Shire who were prosecuting us in regards to a accused dog attack where the destruction of our dogs was sought.
