I've been bringing my cars to John for nearly 15 years, ever since I first met him when he was working in Engadine. His customer service back then was second to none, and when he started Helensburgh Tyres, there was no question I'd follow.

Despite how busy the workshop has become, John always finds time to help—even with the most trivial enquiries. John was very helpful from the initial phone call. He didn’t have the particular tyres in stock but was able to order them quickly and just said to come in the next day. John works on a first in first out system and I said I would be there about one thirty. I was actually early but it was not a problem and everything was done and paid in 45 minutes. I really liked that the young guy who did the tyres took it for a decent run to check the wheel alignment. He then came back and put it back on the hoist and took them all off again and re adjusted all the tyres. He then took it for another good run to re check. The car feels very safe now as I have a learner driver who is about to get their provisional license and I wanted to make sure it was safe. We will definitely be back, support small businesses in our area 😊😊😊

Called Johnny up yesterday needed 5 tires and he had them at his shop within 2 hours dropped the car off 30 min later car was done really good service quick and highly recommend

Can’t recommend Helensburgh Tyres enough. Stark contrast to the local corporate tyre shop who fluffed about and couldn’t even get me in until following week. I rang HT, he directly asked me what tyres I needed and had them available within 3 hours!! Tyres fitted and wheel alignment completed in 20 mins. Excellent price. Outstanding service. 10/10.

Popped in this morning with my 300 series Landcruiser to get all tyres balanced and rotated. John and staff went out of their way to get the job done ASAP. I have been going to Helensburgh Tyres for many many years now and every time the service is outstanding!! Good old fashioned service that always puts the customer first!
