I have consulted with them for over 15 years. Henry is very straightforward. You might not adapt easily, but you cannot easily find one like him -a lawyer who will care for you and protect your best interests more than he protects his income. Almost every other lawyer I have dealt with just did as I said and cared only about how to bill me and how soon I pay the bills. I think Henry is probably the most reliable, accountable, and ethical lawyer in market.

The reason I gave him 1 star is because I can't give him no star. Bad service, did not gave any professional help but charging high rate, all he want is how to make money easily and fast. Did not explain anything for me, when I asked for his explanation, he said he did not have time to explain it to customer, he have more valuable thing to do!!! Definitely don't waste your money here. They probably giving high commission to the agent that's why the agents are recommending him, recommend everyone to ditch him to avoid disappointment and money lose.

I don't actually know what all the matter is about with these 1 star rating. You either have asked Henry to resolve unreasonable and blatantly obvious fault of yours, or just have never contacted him.

My family has been going through severe amount of stress over the past whole decade with our rental issue for our business. Despite the fact that we have asked Henry, quite possibly over 50 questions via email, multiple consultations which lasted for hours, for weeks and months, Henry never failed to provide us responses to our questions and always helped us to go through to VCAT. Now we are waiting for the response from VCAT, and if it weren't for Henry, nothing could have been done. Let alone the price, my family was amused and so grateful for the cost that he has charged us even though the amount of work that he had put in was unimaginable.

Honestly, if you guys want to listen to those 1 star reviews which don't seem credible in any sense with their so-called reasonings, by all means go for it. But, from my personal experience, those 1 star ratings are absolute non sense and if you would like me to explain why, feel free to contact me. Trust me, Henry knows what is up.

I don’t know where to start . 1- phone made to Jean 1 weeks ago no reply - 2 email send asking for a update on my section 32/contract sale - 2 weeks waiting ,could gone to school and get my own license and did it myself. Stay away from this company - jean or Henry if you are reading this maybe you should with customer service from a call center to understand customer pays your bill with out us you won’t have a company . PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS Company’s FROM Jenny your client

Awful service and bare professional knowledge. They just take the money and do nothing with your case. They made mistakes on calculating property duty so that made lots of trouble to me BUT the lawyer, Henley Wong, said it’s not his responsibility to calculate the stamp duty and it’s none of his business. Fine. I chose them because of my agent. I will never come here again.

Hey there, I’m the person who wrote the comment starting with “ awful service and bare professional knowledge...” Yes it’s Tara again. I got your reply last night now I give you response in a totally new 1 star comment. I went through all your responses to other clients they used to be, I can only say I AM SO DISAPPOINTED ON YOUR ATTITUDE TO YOUR CLIENTS. In your responses, it seems you have no fault, you are perfect and professional, it is the clients so picky, you have lots of impolite customers. I don’t know what the situations of others, but for my case, you don’t even understand what I was complaining about. There was nothing relating off plan concessions or foreigners purchases. I can tell you YOU DID MISCALCULATE MY STAMP DUTY because you mixed up me and the other person with a very similar name. I confirmed with you by emails so many times and you still gave me the wrong figure. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL YOU ARE! So do you understand why I’m so angry on your reply? Because your ATTITUDE! Human errors do exist. Accept it and try to make it never happen again, say sorry to your client for your fault, BE BRAVE. All I need is just a word. Think about why you got so many negative reviews in such a short time. You charged beyond your service, beyond our expectations and your attitude made me so disappointed. We pay you for your knowledge rather than an excuse for you to rob. Think about it.

The service is appaling and the lawyer named henley is very rude and unprofessional. wonder how he even became a lawyer in the first place. would not recommend anyone to use their service. waste of money and time.
