Arrogant bullies. Refuse to take calls/always ‘busy’. Don’t respond to emails but continually add costs for legal and recovery fees, despite the delay being on their end because they’re ignorant. Kym has been horrible to deal with, if you can even call it that as I’ve emailed multiple times and called and never gotten a response until I called body corp about it. Also know as fact that they haven’t corresponded with body corp sufficiently which has been admitted by the body corp manager, to deal with the issue on either end.

Do not deal with this firm, they were the lawyers for our Body Corporate Manager Clare Cauchi, Director, CJ Strata and they were paid to obtain several deeds on properties that were in arears and we were charged and we never received the deeds. The complex has recently changed body corporate managers and the monies being held by Clare Cauchi, Director, CJ Strata who is the only recommendation for Herdlaw. I do not recommend this company.

Who dare to leave a bad review on a law firm. A friend who has received their letter without the proper name, email address but asked for the money…like a scammer. What a joke….hahaha!
