I posted the truth in my review but have been threatened with legal action. They get a 1 star for poor service and 5 stars for fast response times.

I will post my review in full. It’s not defamation when it’s the truth and others have had similar issues.

Twice they insisted that an initial consultation would be $450 and legal aid would be discussed. Someone that is seeking legal aid can't pay $450 and have no guarantee, only that legal aid will be discussed. They had no option of actually applying or obtaining legalaid. If I need obviously I can’t afford $450 if I’m seeking Lealaid, but when I asked about this they simply insisted pay $450 and that’s it. Quite useless and rude.

Higgins Legal represented my case at the very last minute. It was on a Legal Aid grant and I was skeptic seeing the reviews here. I wish I had them representing my case many years earlier as in no time, they were able to pull through an amicable outcome for our family.

They are direct in speech and that brings clarity, they are proactive and their work ethic is impeccable. My experience has been all positive, highly recommend them.

If you're searching for a legal aid grant just save time and don't bother calling or emailing this firm. Twice they insisted that an initial consultation would be $450 and legal aid would be discussed. Someone that is seeking legal aid can't pay $450 and have no guarantee, only that legal aid will be discussed. They could've offered a quick 5 min call just to apply for a grant but they're more interested in big bucks - Making money off people's troubles

If this place is used to review you as a parent don't expect miracles!.
You will have a report that has absolutely nothing too bad about you however don't think anyone's will go out of their way to stop any parents alienation, even if they know,can tell the other side's been the trouble and that you were the glue holding your family together whilst the other drained you in every way possible then one-day walked into that child's school and was able to take him out.
Under aboriginal blood newfound?! Oh if it's happened to you, do not say you have the bloodline.
Wonderful report because at least there's no straight out lies.
Depends if you are ok with really important information being left aside as the winning side can now pay.
These guys are neutral in a child's report but as I've seen, best not to go here for other family issues especially if you " get only legal aid"!.as said toe by another firm which seems to validate our whole system in Australia.
I thought our country was better.
Now I'm not sure.
