Simon is easy to get in touch with very friendly and eager to help however possible. As someone who has worked in the industry the quality of the building timber pest inspection was of the highest qualities I could have ever expected can't endorse Simon enough I have already recommended him to all my contacts I would thoroughly recommend him to anyone reading this aswell.

We had a great experience dealing with Simon and hills building consultants. Simon was very happy to answer questions and was very knowledgeable in all aspects of building and property purchase procedures. I highly recommend using this company and will endeavour to use them for any future projects. We had a comprehensive building and termite inspection done as part of a residential property purchase. Simon did a very thorough inspection with a comprehensive but readable report that could be understood by someone without construction knowledge.
