Unfortunately this business gets two stars, would have been one, but Nadia is very polite, warm and appears empathetic to your circumstances, that's why it gets two, but unfortunately this firm is hard to get hold of, very slow and almost unresponsive to messages and has overall poor communication.
The only way you got a response was to hound them and then it felt like the response or action was "slapped together" last minute.
Communication is so poor, message after message left.
I was after a simple mediation due to a separation to be worked on and resolved, which turned into no action for over 3 months. I was hoping for better support but I received none and was "Ghosted" by Nadia.
Wish it was a better experience, but not the case.
