He didn't represent me as he said he would. Flirted with the women in the courtroom and didn't even know I was there. Told me I should take the offer instead of going to court. Depending on the judge's mood I could get nothing. Because I wouldn't agree to the settlement he said I would have to sign a waiver. So in essence he fired me. He is now garnishing my paycheck for the remainder of the contract, the he himself did not fulfill. Yes I am bitter but it is lawyers like him that give them bad names. I would give him a zero if it was allowed.
Also if his firm has him I can only assume they are the same. Holland law firm in my opinion is no better. Find someone else to represent you.

My mom paid this attorney for a consult conserving a Conservatorship filed for her in TN though she is a MS resident only to be told he does not feel comfortable with Memphis courts though he practices in both. This was a total blow and a lot of money waisted!
