Let's be honest - no family court matter is a joyous experience. What I was after was clear and concise advice that set me up for realistic expectations. I couldn't fault my experience and although I didn't necessary celebrate the outcome I understood the situation and likely costs involved as they were regularly relayed to me throughout the process. I have subsequently referred friends and family and would highly recommend the service offered by Justin and his team (Leing in particular) if you have matter than needs resolving.

Couldn't speak more highly of the Lawyer appointed to me Caitlin Liddelow from Holden Barlow. Caitlin was very friendly and knowledgeable, all my questions where answered in layman terms. All the way through my appointment I was advised of the upfront costs and her advice was straight to the point.

Firstly we started with one lawyer spent one hour in regards to advise about divorce proceeding. Was charged over $1,000. Made my second appointment with my son. Was told your lawyer is no longer here you are now dealing with a different lawyer Caitlin. Had to go over everything again.
Once again charged over $300+
Was then told have to pay $1,000 for them to hold. For every phone call they charge &37 every email $37. Phone call for less that a minute same price.
The service we got was poor and she did not fight at all for our case. Basically we were doing it all ourselves and paying large fees just to get a form 11 done.
We were told to take over our case ourselves which we did and finalised the form 11.
Then received another bill from Holden Barlow for another $934 for printing and other expenditures of which we never had any photocopies done.
My dealings with them in particular the lawyer Caitlin is that I would suggest go somewhere else you will get a much better lawyer who will work for you and not charge ridiculous fees.
In total we spent around $5,000+
wasted as we got no where.
Finalised the form11 ourselves and all we needed was a lawyer to fight our case which she never did but charged very high prices. Suggest go somewhere else.
