Never give up hope coz there’s always a positive in every negative situation!

My family and I recently had our dogs seized by the local shire after they were unfairly declared dangerous, due to getting out a couple of time’s!
Accepting that was there judgement made by the rangers, i accepted what was and had to move forward as I was juggling other issues in my life, and I really didn’t have the capacity or the time to challenge the significant out come for my babies!

a week before Christmas2020, I had a visit from the rangers saying they were seizing my dogs with no real explanation other than that outstanding fines had not fully yet been paid for, but re assured me they would be in contact and would let me know the outcome in the days to follow. The day before Christmas Eve I received a phone call from the Manager of ranger securities, from the council, and he told me that after an apparent long meeting with other ranger/council workers that an agreement had been made, and there decision was My family and I had to pay a total payment of $8500 in full by the 29th of December or I would surrender my dogs for uthinasia! But as it was over Christmas Boxing Day and the council being closed for there festive hollidays I had no One to really talk too, to try fight for my dogs, and every moment fearing the unknown, was almost unbearable!

After calling perths we’ll known dog refuge, and other well known orginisations, desperately seeking some help, advice in hope that someone could advocate for my fur Babies or even point me in the right direction to someone that maybe could step in and have them reassessed... (as I know there very good with other dogs) no one really wanted to listen and they all declined any help or involvement!

Im so thankful and will forever be greatful to Paul Holmes,
for all of his help in the past 12 hours, With All of my heart thank you Paul,

just having the knowledge, the ability and the balls to challenge these so called public officers, and for genuinely understanding how important and special our 4 legged friends are to us and our families he has turned what was a very heartbreaking, and challenging couple of weeks into a reality that I bet those public officers also did not forseee.
With a grand total of $100 dollars, I will have my babies come home tomorrow with me!
