Extremely disappointed with Home-in service – it was a true nightmare!! Wrong information were provided, causing delays and stress. I had to handle everything myself, despite paying for professional help. Communication was poor; I had to chase them for everything. Responses were slow, and when I did get replies, they were "ChatGPT" style answers with no real information provided. The entire process was mishandled, leading to unnecessary delays. It's hard to believe this is the level of service from CBA – truly disappointing for their reputation. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. Find a local solicitor and let them handle it for you..

The team did an amazing job. Very responsive and gave some good suggestions. Reviewed two contracts for me without additional fee. Very reasonably priced compared to other quotes I received from other conveyancers. Thumbs up to Diana, Linda, Laura, Ernest and Ashley.

Terrible experience, I cant Believe CBA recommends this service, I could not sleep for a week thinking I was going to loose my deposit, my house and everything just because of their mistakes. The worst part during this time there was no way of contacting these conveyancers, it is going to be just you writing to a chat and hoping someone knows what they doing and it will be kind enough to do the job you are paying them for (spoiler alert neither they know what they do or be kind enough to do their job). Stay away from them

Even thought they are very responsive through the app I found very poor quality of the service
Very few contact and lack of communication.
The type of service when they said “ don’t call us “ we call you and they don’t even call you they just send text 3 days later. They do seem to have enough guidelines to make the process complicated and long
