My family has been going to them for years. They are great at what they do. I've never had any problems with them, In fact, if it was something they couldn't take care of themselves, they recommended me to another law firm. I also never had to receive any amended tickets in the mail

Extremely unprofessional. Took my money but did not appear for my court dates. Receptionist spoke to me condescendingly claiming to only have access to one of my cases when I hired Bob for two. They will take your money and play games with you. Go elsewhere if you value your peace of mind and freedom.

After you pay him his money, you’re on your own. There’s no follow up, no further support after disposition. They will not answer any questions you have thereafter.

He also screams like nothing I’ve ever experienced professionally. He can’t see but never has his glasses so be prepared for him to leave things blank on your court forms and then foam at the mouth when you ask about it. Petulant, money-grubbing organization that you want nothing to do with in the long run.

Got a speeding ticket and Horan Law reached out and told me they'd go to court for me. I paid the service fee and asked them when I'd hear about how much I have to pay for my ticket after the court date passed and they told me I'd receive my amended ticket in the mail. I still haven't received it so I emailed them and asked about it and they never answered. I most likely have a warrant now.
