Comfortable bed, good breakfast choices, friendly staff however lack of cleanliness isn’t acceptable! Skirting boards dirty which seems to be a “thing” in Oz in the budget end of hotels/apartments during our travels across the country over the last 6 weeks, ceiling also required some attention in numerous spots!

Was great to be near the water, could park our car directly outside our room, room was lovely, beds comfortable, staff amazing, the continental breakfast was incredible - I’ve never seen such variety for a continental breakfast! Thank you, we would 100% stay again.

Perfect stay for us, the rooms were very comfortable and clean. Large towels in the bathroom. Food in Sails restaurant was outstanding. After reading the mixed reviews, it exceeded our expectations and we would not hesitate to come and stay again. The continental breakfast in the restaurant was adequate and enough to be filling, and they also supplied a small amount of gluten-free options and alternative milks. We recommend this as a place to stay.

Great location to stretch the legs along the waterfront after a day on the road. Room is comfortable with effective AC, well stocked fridge and fleecy towels - perfect way to relax after a hearty & flavoursome meal st Sails. Will definitely stay here again.

Stayed over night, after a long day of driving. Was great, the room was very clean, king bed was so comfortable, the shower was amazing. Ordered room service, the meal was fantastic.
And breakfast included in the price. Will be back. And I am very fussy, I am told

Was on my way to Port Hedland from Perth so Carnarvon was about half way. I stayed one night at Hospitality Carnarvon. I checked in just after 3pm - it went smooth. I was lucky to get a room only about 15 meters from the reception and parking was right outside your room. Room is clean, has good amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee and biscuits. Towels smelt fresh and felt soft. I like how the room also provides a toaster and ironing board. TV worked fine and aircon held a steady temperature throughout the night. No issues with hot water from the shower. I think for a "dated" (you can see this from the bathroom and shower) hotel it holds itself quite well. Room has a large study table for work and bed setting was nicely done (see photos). After checkout, I had a slight issue with my bill where money got taken out of my credit card for an item I didn't take from the minibar. This was sorted promptly with 24hours and I got my money back.
