I had a terrible experience with H&R Block's accounting services. They essentially wanted me to do all the work, collecting and organizing all the documents, while they just sat back and got paid for doing practically nothing. It felt like they were just a middleman, charging an arm and a leg for very little effort on their part. When I asked for help or clarification, I was completely ignored. Honestly, it felt like I was doing their job for them, while they took credit for it. If you're looking for real support or value for your money, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

Sat there to be ignored the whole time and then charged $307 and rushed out the door. Also just received a message saying my details are incorrect and I’ll have my refund sent in cheque form, in the country it’s hit or miss whether I’ll actually get it.
