The accountant Lee is by far the best I’ve ever worked with. She’s warm, personable, funny, and exceptional at what she does. I dealt with an Indian lady who helped lodge my tax return that works at this branch. There was multiple times she gave me false information about the process of lodging a tax return through you're ABN amongst the appointment, not realising she didn't fully understand herself. I called someone from northcote H&R Block to help assist me because this branch happened to be closed at the time and they informed me that most of the information i was told isn't true. She was running behind by 55 mins for my appointment. Half assed my lodgment and told me misleading information. Seemed to not understand how to properly lodge a return through the H&R system as a colleague had to help her serval times. Sense of arroganrance.

I have returned to H&R Block Reservoir this year because I was happy with the service they provided last year. I was not disappointed this year Dominic was very thorough in going through my claims and there were a few new areas that he had had to deal with previously but he sought advice and received it in a timely manner from other staff within the office. He really did work to get me my best possible return.
