I’ve never been to the actual Baldivis H&R Block office but I have had a few phone consultations now and the team there are absolutely amazing! Very accommodating and professional! If I could give 0 star I would. Their accountants are just 😏. . . I don’t know! Don’t really want to say bad words but it made my blood pressure high. We went there 2nd of July for our tax return and no result until the end of that month. Imagine that. You lodged it early so u could get tax return early too. Not necessarily like 1st week or 2nd week of July but should arrive like on the 3rd week but when I called them before the month ended I think on the 26th of July, they told me they weren’t lodged yet😳 and they will do it on that day and should have a result the next monday. When I checked my Mygov it still says prepare. I just did it myself and got my tax refunded the next week which is already August!
Another story is they also did my husband’s tax return and they said he’ll get $5000 dollar refund. When I called them on the 26th of July they said they haven’t lodged it yet too and did it on that day. Fast forward to the day we’re supposed to get the refund which is what they said $5000 and the result was $500 debt. I don’t know what they did. How they calculated it. They’re supposed to be accountants. They will tell you you’ll get $5000 tax refund and the result was no refund at all but a $500 debt! Ridiculous! My husband went there to ask what happened and they have their own reason. Didn’t even bother to check what really happened. We amended it ourselves and got $1300 money back. Better than $500 debt. H&R Baldivis is a joke!
