Terrible. My partner has been waiting months for his tax to be done. They were happy to take on doing his tax that hadnt been done for the past few years. We allowed a few weeks before contacting them because he hadnt heard anything. Was told to call on the Thursday to arrange coming in and signing papers on the Saturday. He tried ringing and was unable to speak with the person doing the tax and was told he'd call back..didnt hear back. Have contacted them numerous times since then with the response "**** will get back to you" and he never returns his calls. Still have not made contact or had any response so havent even been able to arrange for current year to be done. This is pathetic service and definately wouldnt recommend this business. It looks like he will now have to find some where else to do what they were meant to be doing.

We have had a terrible experience for the last two years now and have now gone elsewhere to have our tax done. We've had phone appointments set up twice this week and haven't received a call either time. When you call, you get diverted to someone who isn't in Bendigo and she can't even contact them to find out what's going on.

Had an outstanding bill and I had so much trouble trying to pay it no bpay even though there is a space with the heading BPay on the invoice but no codes. zero bank details to put the $$ in really archaic for a large company . No impressed will be going elsewhere from next year .

Booked online to find out only my husband had an appointment, then ATO was down and to be told l couldn't claim anything? Fee's are $164 which they don't advertise and then charge a $30 fee to have payment come out of your return
(which we all know they make interest on) What happened to the days where your accountant suggested to you a list of recommendations to claim? Go anywhere but there to do your tax! Nearly forgot the cubicles what the hell!! Can hear everyone very unprofessional!

One star is even too much, so extremely disappointed in the H&R block system. I had my tax return prepared on the 27/7/22 it still has not even been lodged. My accountant doing the return has been a pleasure to deal with and so helpful and I can’t believe the stress she has been put thorough with my return from the people upstairs who don’t even deal with the clients? I can’t understand why the bosses at H&R block decided I had spent to much money setting up my business and had not earned enough to be claiming all my expenses as an offset for the following year even though I had bought in every single receipt of purchase I had. It’s been over a week since discussing the matter with my agent and again my return has still not been lodged. I can’t stress enough how much of a headache this whole tax return process has been for myself and the poor agent trying to lodge it I certainly will not be returning and do not recommend H&R block for any small business to do a return.

The person who did my tax return did a great job, and uploaded it to head office. It then took head office 3 weeks, and a phone call from me to realise that they had NOT sent my return to the ATO. Got my tax return after FOUR weeks! Not good enough!
H&R block, your branch people are great, but head office need to lift their game if they want clients to return next year

HR Block Bendigo offers an extremely incompetent and negligent accounting service. I had a tax meeting a month ago and was told my tax would be finalised within the following week, I received no communication. I called the next week and was lied to on the phone that it was to be finalised in the coming days, still no further communication. I have called the HR Block call centre 3 times since in the coming weeks and have received no communication since. I have never had received such shocking poor service, and will never use HR Block ever again..

Have send email to Lilian from H&R but no reply since 3 weeks! Is Lilian still with the company? Response is non existence and horribly unacceptable as an Accounting Professional firm.
