Unfortunately had a bad experience and will not use this service again. Went for tax return first day, was asked to come again the next day to sign and pay. Went the next day, another rude lady in that day said she had no time and had other clients, so I had to go back a third time, and finalise with the agent who saw me first! After going a third time and finaly getting the process finalized... Then got charged $314 instead of the estimated $153 I was told over the phone.
In the end, they did not even add my expenses of fuel with Uber driving or phone bill, so will have to amend it myself! Would hve gone to another tax agent if I had known about this aastronomical fee and being sent bak and forth three times.

Booked an appointment. Got to my appointment. 27mins latter and nearly finished. Got kicked out because had another client to attend to. Haven’t heard back from them since. Over two weeks and still nothing had to make anther booking else where to get tax done. Waste of my time. Shame after been with them for over ten years.

Had a bad experience with this branch. They provided misleading information over the phone and once my return was singed they emailed me 4 days later saying actually no you can’t claim that and deducted it from my lodge. when the lady was the one who asked these question to lodge the extra amount for phone assessor’s I also asked other question and she didn’t know the answer not sure she should be working in this industry!
