Convenient appointment time, efficient and friendly staff who know their stuff, supportive services. Biggest tax return I've received in my twenty year career. We have been seeing Alison for 3 years now and although she has been great for us every year, the recent price rise has meant our taxes have gone from $490 for myself and my husband to nearly $800 within a year. Definitely not worth getting done anymore as most of the return has gone into paying the tax agent bill.

I purchased an online course and received an email saying that a link to activate the course would be sent in 72 hours. But it has been more than 7 days and I still haven't received any course link. No matter when it is activated, the course will end at the end of June, which means that the study time I should get is shortened. Calling customer service didn't provide any solution, and no refunds were provided. Please consider carefully whether you should apply for this school.
