Absolutely do not use HR Block, save your money and your time. They forgot to lodge my return, when I went to chase it up they ignored my calls and did not call me back, they then lied about it. I have called multiple times and my calls aren't being returned. They charged $180 for a simple tax return over the phone and it has taken me hours to chase them up and still have no resolution.

Excellent experience with Damy, she was very professionable, knowledgable and ensured I got the best return.

I think H&R Block charge a bit more for their services but am still happy for the services I received.

Easy to get an appointment online and the tax expert doing her job well of accommodating as much as she can re helping to get all deductible expenses need to be claim. Overall very helpful and highly recommended!:-)

I've been an H & R Block customer for close to 30 years. The Shellharbour office needs to update their listed opening hours on their front door. It clearly states Thursdays open at 11am, but when I went there at 11.20am, they were closed with no employee on site. ? Rang the Unanderra office and the staff member, Molly, said from her knowledge, that the Shellharbour office opens at noon. I hope they fix this issue. As a customer service representative, this error would make people go elsewhere for their tax needs.

Just completed my tax return and it could not have been easier. Nik from H&R Block was extremely helpful & knowledgable to get me the best tax return possible. Did it all over the phone & online using their portal. Will be using them again next year.

Really bad service 4 months and noone can return a call or explain what is going on. They use the same excuses every single time. Definately wont be using them again and do not recommend this place to anyone

Wasnt overly happy was quoted $195 for return which i think is really high for a tax return . And tried to charge me more for depreciation proccess from my last year tax return wasnt happy when i rang twice quoted 195 i understand. then get suprise extra charges once there why on earth do use charge 195 then whats the 200 bucks go to then and use ask if weve sorted the recipts out when we pay use 200 buvks for what to press couple of buttons and then charge us let us go . I think next year wont be with use guys at the end was told next year i wont be getting much back because of inflation . Wow . Just wow .
