Not happy. Firstly appointment time was messed up. Then when doing tax return the lady doing it messed it up missing $2500 in return i was able to claim, only after I queried her did she realise her mistake. Then thirdly after checking with the ato portal to check status of my return it hasn't even been lodged. Poor service.

I will never ever use this H&R block again
I paid for my tax return on 15th of July
Today is the 23rd but they are still not lodged
and the reason is so flimpsy
I had worked with them in the past and never had a problem
I am very disappointed

Rang them a week ago and they promised to call me back. I'm still waiting... The person taking the call said "Oh your just a pensioner". I should have guessed they weren't interested.

Not happy at all! I was told my tax agree did not feel comfortable claiming what I had asked to claim. My partner spent 2hrs with an agent who didn’t even finish his tax return. The best they could offer was to come back in a weeks time. Made complaints and no one from the Toowoomba office has responded or called. Very very unhappy.

Update: what an absolute joke. Did what they requested and was told the Toowoomba branch had to call me and take it further. Still nothing. It’s been weeks. Absolutely terrible service. Waste of time.

I cannot recommend Dean highly enough. He is friendly and certainly knows his stuff. Dean got me a refund that far exceeded my hopes. I really don't know why anyone would go anywhere else. Thank you so much, Dean.
