Admin staff Were ok-ish to deal with during the signing of paperwork, however Leanne was very late and unprofessional. Gave us our final invoice one business day before settlement and absolutely no payment details. Thankfully our bank transfer was very fast so we did not incur any late fees. Invoice for amount to pay was unclear and left out some fees that were still to be paid. Rang and left multiple messages and several emails to both Leanne and her admin staff to receive an updated invoice/statement that reflected the ACTUAL amount we paid for the property and fees. Such a simple request. Have never ever heard back from them despite MULTIPLE attempts. Now settlement is done and and they have their money they have disappeared into thin air. There are FAR better settlement companies to use in albany. Would absolutely not recommend.
