The level of Rudeness is unbelievable. I do not recommend this service to any one.
Rudest reception I have ever met:
1. Yelled to me on the phone
2. Hung up calls when I was still speaking.
3. Complained to me that he is the only one around....
PS: They clearly deleted record of all the people who are telling the truth here. Only kept record of 5five star reviews from themselves, typical LIARS, LOL.

The team and Hughes and Taylor did a fantastic job of dealing with my dispute, I cannot recommend them more highly.
Not only did they handle my dispute with the level of professionalism that one would expect from a solicitor, they were understanding and helpful at breaking down the law, deconstructing complicated law jargon into layman's terms.

Receptionist is rude & abrupt, pretty much turns you off from wanting to use the firms lawyer's.
After response, That's correct you don't have a Willy Boyd on your record, Because i cld tell by our VERY 1ST Appt, This firm isn't for me, was referred to by a friend on a very identical matter in the civil courts, 16mths later % $8,800 out of pocket & still got an outstanding balance of $3-4k & NO COURT DATE IN SIGHT..
ARE THESE GUYS JST BLEEDING THE MONEY OUT Of PPL OR WAT.. Thanx for nothing they say Michael

f I could leave 0 stars I would. Told All the lawyers in that firm my situation. In return was ripped off. I had the first meeting with Lynne Hughes ( she told me she would take my case) that was the first and only time that I saw her then she passed me to Ros yang another solicitor then she passed me to Michael Taylor.
They charged more than 3k , ringing for several they were away or too busy , emails and calls were ignored, no decency to communicate. They charged me for a Draft letter that need it to be fix because they made a mistake, for emails that I sent to them to make an application for a court order that they never did. Eventually Michael told me he was going on leave for more than a month and if I couldn’t wait any longer after almost four months I was free to find someone else. If didn't want to take the case should have mentioned at the meeting instead of leaving me dangling. Wasted time and effort.
Dishonest and disgraceful, only interested in making money from you. I would strongly advise not to waste your time with this firm.
