We stayed here along with family and the staff were friendly and easy to deal with. We were easily able to request our rooms next to each other and we were able to do a late check in as our flights got in after the office had closed. Location was central to where we needed to be and proximity to McDonalds and other food outlets meant a few breakfast options were nearby.

Great room, clean and quiet. The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was big with a great shower. Location is very central to Maitland and surrounding area. The room was very quiet even with the pool next door to my room. This is my 2nd stay here and I will definitely be back.

We booked this hotel to stay at when attending an athletics carnival in Maitland. When we arrived, the lady at reception was at pains to tell me not to lose my key or store it near my phone (it could apparently become desensitised) or they would charge us $80 per key for replacement because they needed to call the security people to reconfigure them. That was odd but not a deal breaker and pleased to say we didn't lose our key or have any issues. However, we did have issues with the room. I had booked on the promise of a "large double bed" plus single bed in the family room. As it said large double bed, not queen bed I assumed king bed. Very wrong assumption. We walked into a pokey room with a queen bed and single bed. Again we could live with it but I was disappointed at the misrepresentation. Then my husband lay on the bed and asked "what is that smell? It smells like sweaty tradie".... it was the pillowslip and pillow. But as reception said no one was available after 7pm for issues except emergenices, we had to sort that out ourselves. The floor in the bathroom was sticky with soap - it hadn't been mopped properly and they indicated they don't do housekeeping each day, so we had the same towels and rubbish etc for our 2 night stay. While it wasn't the worst place we have stayed, it was by far not the best. The location is okay in terms of amenities etc.

Good clean room. Nice and quiet with plenty of parking and easy access. Plus the lovely lady on reception was kind enough to 'deal' with the huntsman spider that was hiding in my car's doorframe. Not only did she not laugh at the ludicrous situation, she went and got a decent bug spray, opened my car door and made sure the 8-legged terror would haunt me no more. As arachnophobes will testify, once you loose sight of one in your car you pretty much have to abandon the vehicle and walk home. ||||Now that's service!

Extremely friendly service, comfortable room, and great location. It was only a short stay but we were impressed with the comfortable bed, huge bathroom (including a large shower) and ample storage space. The location was unbeatable, as the coach to the event we were in town for was stopping right outside the hotel.

An excellent stay. Attended a wedding for the weekend, the motel was in an ideal location, close to food outlets, hotel and the town of Maitland. The room was spacious, bed and bedding comfortable. Although close to main road it was very quiet. I would recommend this motel as ideal for a weekend away near the wineries.

Air conditioning faulty and not working correctly. Just blowing air. No screens on sliding doors so to let fresh air into room. Apart from these issues the rooms are clean and the location is very convenient. Well priced rooms and adequate parking available.
