Do not want to help me,poor response to complant of owner & love reality behaviour on inspection every 6mthd.Turn taps on & off light switches flashing toilet & taken photos Omg open close cupboards doors wardrobes verticals etc & brought an agent in to value villa gave me no notice Donna Beaven takes over 40 pics aswell speaks so rudly and tells you this is happening, the owner is the same stickers around the villa OMG 4 yrs fixed term lease NOT ON.This property is for sale 2 bed 30yr old villa single garage part of starta complex of 4 in Wallsend pass it on it is for sale my fixed lease is up in Dec cheers Chaza

Really over the disgusting manner in which I’m spoken to by staff they don’t provide full information on NCAT steps they also lie and say they will advocate for you at the hearing and then at last minute claim they were never going to do that. They also refuse to provide avenues to take social housing providers to NCAT and when you do finally got an application they also don’t let you know the time limits of issue and when you take those issues to NCAT. Second time today I called about an issue not only was I not allowed to finish my sentence when talking the man rudely told me can he speak now I advise you to go to legal aid even though legal aid referred me back to them. Really sickening they receive government funding just like the social housing providers and there is no avenues to stop their abuses of power.

Just another government agency that has been decimated by virus and not availble for one on one meetings .sadly the OLDER generation are suffering unnecessarily because basically nothing can happen until open full time to deal with some horrifying situations for TENNANTS. Most renters just give up believing no public servants want to take time assisting us elderly with needs. We are the cannon fodder ELDERLY people in need generation ..Not all staff fault just the system.
