I have just moved down South from the North West so this was my first Doctors visit.
Dr O’Hare was so lovely and made me feel instantly at ease. And she really listened which seems to be fairly rare these days. She showed genuine care.

Nurse Lucy C and Dr Lemon gave my daughter her 6 month immunisations and were so wonderful.

I had concerns about her skin after the needles and they examined her immediately to reassure me she was okay.

So friendly and the lovely ladies on reception are always helpful.

Am a new patient to the practise and felt very welcomed and in good hands with the Practise Manager.
The rest of the team, including the nurse Yuri, were also very efficient.
I believe medical reception teams deserve as much recognition for their service, as the doctors!

We re new in Australia and had a hard time looking for Doctors who accept new patients until Huon Doctors catered us. It was a relief because my son was suffering of non stop cough for 5 days and the OTC meds didn’t take effect.

I was ecstatic, starting from the pleasant and courteous disposition of the staff at reception and their efficiency in providing information to the time spent talking with the doctor over my health issues and all the health care I am entitled to receive which I had never been advised about by my former medical practitioners. This has given me back the trust in the health system that I had gradually lost, which at my age is a strong contributive factor in my over all wellbeing . My compliments to everybody for what I can only describe as excellent professionalism!
