We had heard of Ian Reid V & B Advocacy on radio and thru a friend and it sounded like a great idea. We sold our family home of 34 years with the help of Ian Williams. Ian had ideas and process and took all the stress and worry away. His clarity in the process gave us confidence. He recommended private sale and we sold quickly for a price we were excited about. He pushed the price up well past our agents expectation.
We then decided to use the buyers advocacy to find our ideal home. Claire was amazing. We sat down and chatted about who we were, What we wanted, where we wanted to live. Sooo many questions, but quite quickly found a property that we love, and at a great price (off market). The research and reports done during the search and after finding a property is so detailed. We did not have to think, Claire lead us all the way. Full deposit paid and now waiting to settle soon. Ian Reid leads and follows up the whole process right through to settlement.
