It is rare I write reviews for services unless I am disappointed about something, but in this case, I am more than willing to, and without prompting from this service. John's attention to detail and his subsequent advice to address the problems that arose, helped us work our way out of a property offer and onto another which we are far more happy with. His responsiveness to questions from us and his efficiency in managing our settlement in line with another settlement interstate could not be faulted.
