Big shout out to Henry Nguyen @ ifundu. Henry has assisted me on two occasions. The purchase of my property and the refinancing of the same property two years later. From start to finish Henry gave me a flawless service. He walked me through the process step by step, has tonns of experience in the lending game and will explain the do's and dont's when dealing with banks etc. Honestly i felt as if Henry went above and beyond when assisting me even if we ran into an issue that was outside of Henry's scope of operation, he would have the right contact's to rectify the problem. Due to these relationships, it demonstrated his experience and connections within the industry and made purchasing interstate a more relaxed process.

There are so many more things I could have said but the above examples are just some of the ways he was able to confidently simplify an initially complex and daunting transaction. Based on my overall experience, I would definitely recommend Henry to anyone who is looking for a loan or to purchase a home, whether it be an investment property or primary place of residence. I plan to service future loans with Henry as well given the exceptional care and service I received.
