I went here for financial counseling. As with some of the other reviews here I found this service very unhelpful. The staff member just kept offering me other places phone numbers and literally throwing their hands up over a pretty basic issue I would’ve thought they would deal with every day. I was in tears and there was not one bit of compassion shown and no workable options to move forward. This place is making money to do nothing for people. And the place is disgusting, old and bathroom was filthy.

They are not helpful! Another institute for wasting taxpayers' money! They offer free advice but just want to get rid of you quickly without being helpful. I had a simple and general inquiry about filing a complaint to a court against a service provider. I spoke with one of their solicitors but after weeks of waiting, she eventually responded that it was beyond their expertise! What kind of solicitors are they if such a common case is out of their expertise?

I had a tenancy issue where the landlord and agent we're attempting to extort $400 from my bond. The initial advice given by the service made sure I fired the 'right' bullets in the 'right' direction in terms of a defence during the contested hearing, and the claim by the landlord fell over. The full rental bond was ordered to be returned to me. It's a shame where unscrupulous agents attempt to hold back the money in the hope a tenant is desperate enough to accept any return. Thanks again guys!!
