Very unprofessional! the phone number and opening hours for the launceston business on the website are actually for the hobart business , with no way of knowing that. So we drove over an hour for our appointment only to find they were shut (and shut early at that) and no one would answer their phones. in addition to that i finally got in contact with someone in Hobart who not only didn't even know how to help me but also said he would ring me back by morning. never rang back. don't trust this company, they aren't knowledgeable in their profession and will waste your time and petrol money.

Never answer the phone.
Have the wrong contact details and opening hours on their website. The Launceston business has the Hobart number and address on Google so people end up driving a long distance only to find out they don't have an appointment at that location.

When you finally do speak to someone, they're unsure how to help and say they'll ring back and never do.

Wouldn't bother.
