Absolutely exceptional service !

Several years ago our Son engaged Imperial Settlements when purchasing a new home and He was extremely impressed with the service. When my wife & I decided to purchase a block of land our Son recommended we ask Debra to act on our behalf. From the minute we contacted Debra and obtained the quotation She explained the entire process and provided additional helpful information over and above what we expected. Throughout the entire process Debra kept us informed and settlement occurred as scheduled without any issues. Now that settlement is completed, on reflection we were blown away with Debra's attention to detail and friendly customer service.

Debra settled two properties for me, and a did a great job with both. She looked after me exceptionally well; and kept me informed at all times.
The buyer of my property wanted to go through numerous times before settlement which was making me very anxious, so Debra kindly put a stop to that in a very professional way. When the property settled a week later than planned, she recalculated the settlement numbers at no extra cost, and handled the selling agent and the buyers settlement agent on my behalf.
The property I was buying tried to impose a significant penalty cost due to the late settlement and again Debra managed the other agents and the penalty was removed.
I recommend Imperial Settlements very highly, and would not hesitate to use Debra's services again.
