I want to express my gratitude to Michael Menna at Independent Legal Leederville for Guarantor & Borrower advice service. Michael is highly professional, respectful and shows integrity. His professionalism and attention to detail were commendable. We called him in the morning and was able to meet on the same day. He pointed out an error from the lender's contract and directed them to make amendment. To our surprised that he did not charge us a fee for a mistake made by the lender. From the start I could tell Michael was extremely organised and professional. Everything was spelled out in the initial email and accompanying documents making it very easy for us.
After minimal back and forwards over a few small queries I had - which he answered politely and without judgement - we went in to sign off our documents.
He explained the various documents and the whole signing process was smooth, like a well-oiled machine and made us very glad we chose Independent Legal.
I highly recommend to others if you need to have a Will/EPA/EPG written for a very reasonable price from someone who clearly knows what he's doing. Thanks Michael.
