So frustrating trying to get in touch, even with the boss, as per their instructions for same from their phone messages. No email address on their website, no specific contact details. How on earth can they run a business like that. I've tried calling numerous times,. always goes to a message, no reply back from that, nor from an email I found where they changed their name from when they purchased the business last Christmas. I just want my files back from the previous owner, which they supposedly have in safe keeping; thank goodness, I don't have a legal requirement from them; I'd be gone elsewhere by now.

Very poor at communication every time I call. Rochelle has never ensured that i understand the process. I am in the middle of buying my first home and i have no idea where i stand! I am paying full retainer and other costs. Not worth it.
