Overpriced park for the location, quality of amenities and facilities. It was ok as a last minute booking on a sold out weekend. So we were happy to have somewhere to stay, that was also pet friendly. However, it would never be our first choice of parks in the area. Rundown toilet and shower facilities. Pool surface is coming off, leaving large patches with sharp edges.

Booking process was easy. The staff were very friendly. Communication before and during the stay was good.

With a bit of maintenance and a facelift, the cost would be more justified. I just can't get past the price when compared to what other places offer in comparison. We will plan ahead next time and find another place.

We booked a last minute stay for the Australia Day long weekend and the team were lovely to deal with securing us a spot.

We booked a powered camp site where we set up a gazebo and swags and as we arrived late the checkin was easy with a text message sent on how to access the key from a lock box and a map to find our site.

Our site was located right close to the toilets, bbq area, pool and playground and the laundry and shower block was a short walk away.

As there are a lot of permanents living in the park it was very quiet and had everything you need to make camping a breeze.

It was situated in a great location just off the M1, a short walk to the river and less than 5min drive to the Main Street of Kingscliff.

We absolutely loved it and will be back again.

Not a bad park office staff very friendly. Unfortunately our grass site was unmowed grass up to my knees, amenities are dated and not cleaned in the 4 days we were there. Lack of garbage bins also only recycling bins no general waste bins. Good that it is dog friendly.

Was the best place we have ever stayed at. Lovely clean park. Very quiet. They have different vans with different foods come in the park. A coffee and breakfast van out the front each morning. All in all i highly recommend the park.

Just spent a relaxed week at this friendly, secure park. Staff are helpful and responsive. While there are a lot of permanent residents, we found them to be friendly and happy for a chat. Powered sites are large enough for van, annexe and car. Doggies have to be leashed as at all parks, but they got lots of pats and attention from friendly locals and visitors alike. Will be back!!

Thank you to Rachael. We stayed 2 nights and the studio cabins and it was very well maintained. Facilities were great, close to some great eateries. Will definately be back again. Good family friendly park.

Decided to book a last minute getaway for a couple of nights. They had one cabin available because someone checked out early (now I think I know why!). Upon check-in all we got was key handed to me and directions to cabin. No other information about the park or even a welcome. Cabin was nothing like it looked on website, no verandah, just a dirty table and couple of chairs dumped in front of the steps surrounded by weeds and unmowed lawn. Curtains inside were full of holes! It's also no where near anything! Too far to walk to the river in the heat and a long way from the beautiful Kingscliffe strip! Decided not to stay and whilst I knew we'd done our money, when I told reception that we've decided not to stay all she said was "oh ok" never even asked why or for some feedback, just took the key off me. The look on her face pretty much said it all, not another one!

Had to cancel our booking seven months ahead of our trip. Hidden in the terms and conditions was a “non-refundable” deposit which happened to be the full amount. Had to cancel due to change of circumstances and no refund - will never use Ingenia parks again. Can understand losing deposit with late notice but seven months out? Give me a break. Take care when booking!
