I approached Astrid several months ago with some concerns about my teenager child and how our dynamics at home where causing a lot of distress for both of us, driving us to consistent and continuos arguments and what I believed a very toxic relationship. Astrid is compassionate, empathetic, knowlegable, but, over all, non-judgemental and very direct with her advice. Following her advice, I am now building a very healthy relationship with my child, she has taught us ways to communicate effectively and always with love and compassion. I cannot say enough how grateful I am to Astrid and I do not know what I would have done without her help. Her help has been essential for our overall wellbeing.
