Found the service over priced and very tedious.
It took nearly 2 months to get a tax return done, the portal they use was not user friendly.
Multiply requests to have documents just emailed rather than have to use the portal were ignored.
$220 for a simple personal tax return is rather steep.
I can have the same thing done for a third of the price and a third of the time frame.

I was referred to this company for my business tax needs. Had an appointment with Tara Grimsey, and was told to sort my tax paperwork and come back to them to proceed with tax and BAS statements. It took me a little longer to prepare it all and make it ready for them, once i approached them to go ahead, after making many calls, and emails, with no response back, they emailed me and advised that they did not want to do my tax returns, as they no longer did this, and now focused on other aspects. In addition, they did not want to their firm to be "affected" with access to the ability of lodgement concessions.

What an absolute joke, dont waste your time, just go elsewhere.
Seems like they only want easy Jobs.
