We've been working with IQ for a few years. Always very appreciative of their guidance - and also supportive patience with following up! Greatly appreciated given we are always so busy. Earlier in the year we discussed the strategy to approach our bank about lowering interest rates across our loans. Not only did IQ oversee this for us, our bank wrote to us confirming the reduced interest rates pretty soon after. Greatly appreciated; highly recommended!

Just went through a refinance of my home loan and investment loan as I found out, thanks to Samantha, that I could do A LOT BETTER with my interest rates using other banks. I must say that it was one of the easiest, and most pleasant experiences I have had in relation to finances. Samantha was very knowledgeable and experienced in this area and she managed the whole thing extremely competently and made it very easy for me, keeping me up to date with what was happening and answering all of my questions.
