Are you like me, a DIY Facebook user, not sure what you’re doing but fiddle around, thinking that’s good enough… well, that was me, but not anymore!
I did 1 on 1 intensive Facebook Marketing Coaching with Irene Pfister, after a wakeup call that Facebook/Social Media was the only way to go to build your business. After my initial meeting with Irene, I realised I needed her expertise and signed up. I can only say OMG – I have learned so much!! My initial FB knowledge was Basic Beginner or I followed the lead of others, learning that others don’t necessarily know what they’re doing either and can give bad advice.
Initially I was out of my depth and comfort zone with everything the first few weeks. Irene adapted her course to suit my specific needs did what was best for my business. Now my confidence has grown! I know my FB profile and FB Business page are optimised and working. I know what I’m doing now and everything done is in the best interest of my business.
Now my FB profile and page work to target my audience, allowing me to be successful in business. Irene is the only coach I know who is 150 % dedicated to her clients. She supports you throughout the week answering questions and reviews your work. She checks up, encourages and keeps you on track, which made me accountable and made me persevere. Her honest feedback, support and advice on how and what to post is invaluable.
Irene will take you through the steps to build your Profile, Business page, FB algorithm (what’s that!) I had no idea but now I know it’s important and you will learn that too! She teaches the importance of content for engaging in the wider community and trust what she says here. Irene is full of support- teaching live and recorded videos and how to make stories which are fun to do! She always gives tips to improve your posts and assist with the videos that feel awkward to make. Irene will assist in every way to best reach your audience. She will ensure Business Manager gets set up so you are competent to run ads on FB.
Over the 10 weeks of my course, I always felt supported by Irene. She truly wants to help small businesses and new entrepreneurs succeed. Irene is extremely competent with FB and Social Media. Her knowledge is extensive and she is willing to share this with anyone who is prepared to put the work in to learn. Irene loves her work, she is a trainer and a Mentor. Trust her, follow her lead and do the work she says. Have high expectations for yourself and your business. Believe you can do it and trust whatever you are learning from Irene will work.
