Our experience with Island Sands Asset Management has been nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional. Sandy agreed to manage our investment property as a short-term Airbnb rental, but from that point on, communication was appalling. She refused to provide her mobile number, forcing us to go through the office. Every time we called, she was unavailable, and despite leaving repeated messages over two months, she rarely (if ever) returned our calls.

After weeks of being messed around, Sandy finally arranged for a photographer and assured us the property would be listed and live by Monday. Then, with no warning, we received an email late the wednesday before saying Island Sands Asset Management would no longer be offering short-term stay property management — with no reason given. Since then, Sandy has been completely uncontactable.

This company has wasted two months of our time, delayed our plans, and left us with nothing but frustration. I would strongly caution anyone considering Island Sands Asset Management - they have proven to be unreliable, unprofessional, and disrespectful of their clients’ time.
