Best experience! I highly recommend it. Clinton was very helpful and is very happy to answer any questions or concerns I have. Willing to help what internet best suits the home. Fast deliveries of products and connection of internet within less than a week, even for a very new establish property (this guys don't mess around). They provide different deals of options of download and upload. They are happy to come out to the house to make sure the modem is setup right. They supply the modem depending on the plan you choose, but also you can have an option for payment plan for modems that in higher range.

Have had IT Blackspot looking after our business workstations for a extended amount of time now . The whole team of technicians have been very helpful and polite and nothing is ever to hard for them , where past providers have fallen over . The amount of effort put in by the team to keep us up and running is incredible especially with all the local NBN faults occurring around the area , Clint and Troy were here in a flash to provide us with solutions that allowed us to run our day to day business .
With the capabilities of remote access it makes it so easy for the team at IT Blackspot to access our networks from their office and usually fixing the problem without even a visit .
I would recommend Clint and the team to anyone whether you are a large business or for your personal home computer .

Isn’t it interesting how a business relationship can go from a positive experience to such an overwhelmingly negative one in a relatively short period of time. Holding any business to ransom, and in doing so, threatening the livelihood of that businesses employees is both morally and ethically wrong. Disputes between parties should be dealt with in a professional and mature manner following tried and proven pathways to mediation.
