Highly recommend ITP: Woodville Park for doing Tax Returns, as they don't charge like a wounded bull! My wife & I have engaged Amanda as our Accountant over the last few months & could not be happier with her service! Amanda is not only extremely knowledgeable (especially in relation to income declarations for Centrelink purposes), but also extremely thorough - she will look at every possible opportunity to maximise your Tax Return & is more than happy to explain things as many times as required, to ensure her clients fully understand their obligations and reassure them that all I's have been dotted & T's crossed!

Booked in for a tax appointment after a back and forth with one of their tax agents.
Arrived on the day, walked in and said:
"so you read my email?"
To which they replied:
"No I didn't read it"

So either
1. The person I was speaking to was not the person I was emailing, which means the communication in this business is non existent.
2. The person I was speaking to was the person I was emailing, meaning they didn't even bother to read the one or two paragraph email I had sent to begin with.

Hastily left and will go somewhere else.
