Have been going here for few years now but with every passing time, the service and attitude of the place gets worst. Even with $126 to get my job done, they behave like they are running a charity and doing me a favour. This was the LAST time I will ever do business with ITP. You guys are more money focused instead of a standard customer service. I was literally asked to hurry up and leave just because there was somebody waiting for 2 minutes when I had an appointment at 0915 hours and I had to wait 15 minutes without a complaint because there was somebody else ahead of me. Moroever the man rushed me before I could even have proper chance to ask what I could to help with my tax. Well maybe things would have been a bit different if I was not an Asian. But again, NoMORE of ITP.
