Useless Family Lawyers. Legal advice changes constantly despite circumstances have not changed not allowing you to make informed decisions. Expensive, charge partner rates for Partner lawyer to carry out administrative duties and crap at that.

Sad to say I've had as bit to do with the legal fraternity lately( and No !-not in any way other than needing representation in matters of nasty avaricious neighbors .business partners etc ..) , so when I say my experience with Sally Bruce at JMc was exceptional,I feel you should take me seriously.
Combining an incisive intellect ,prodigious work ethic and an humane interest in the client and their overall psychological welfare,Sally is a rarity ,a gem.
If the rest of the senior counsels,partners aud general legal officers are only a tenth as good as Sally,you will be well served by this firm.

Jackson McDonald were the sellers agent and I would never deal with them again. They advised they would get back to us by COB and then took 2.5 weeks. They then didn’t turn up to settlement and when rescheduled they didn’t even have all the documentation. Thank goodness I had a good settlement agent who got the settlement across the line. I wouldn’t recommend JM.

I am a Process Server. I have not been paid for a service that I have invoiced this firm for 92 day due. on speaking to the reception about the issue All I could get was "put through to a Voice Mail for the Accounts Person". PAY YOUR BILLS....I DO.....If your a Process Server ask for Fees Upfront or you will be in this situation of trying to get paid after 90+ days of invoice due.
