What can I say? If you are able to pay them, they might do their job. If you go through a grant they will continuously cancel on your court appearance ( via text no less ) and essentially leave you to defend yourself. They also don’t pick up the phone after the send the text. Horribly stressful and very dangerous to the client. They simply do not care.

Don’t bother! They don’t intend to help you or defend you properly. You will never have the same person show up twice for a hearing and they will never be prepared! To the point where they stuff you around so much you can’t adjourn anymore and get the blame turned on you by your lawyer in front of the magistrate because they don’t want to dirty their name! Well I’ll tell you what Natasha, if you cared enough about your job, what it’s about and remember that you have someone’s life in your hands and take matters more seriously you won’t need to try and keep your name from getting dirty!
The care factor isn’t there and you’d be better defending yourself blindfolded then having anyone from this firm represent you!
