Edit: For some strange reason, this review keeps disappearing... i wonder why?

James Trembath probably should stick to conveyancing and not shove his nose into business he does not understand, trusting him to sort out a family law matter. Him and/or his staff being too lazy to find out the correct information needed for a legal document has led to me being out of pocket $5000 more than I should be... Never being able to talk directly to James even though he created the document for us in the first place, then claiming I wasn't his client even though I was in his office when creating said document.... I'm no legal professional like they are, so was trusting them to do the right thing.. they have not.. So after signing the document that was explained to me incorrectly, it is now my fault that the details were incorrect because they have my signature... Seems fair...
