We had Janice and Mary working on our case for a visa. Janice is the most empathetic and caring lawyer I have ever come across. She spoke to us and handled our case so delicately, but with honesty and professionalism. Even though i didn't end up handing my case over to Janice Vu ( due to personal reason ), but she was such a nice and polite lady and tried to help with my case at our 1st consultation.

There are so many fake 1 star reviews on here. Watch out!! Also, they could be sued for posting fake review, like in the case of Tavakoli v Imisides (No 4) [2019] NSWSC 717 (24 June 2019)

And to Janice, you need to try to take down these fake review as well.

She's helped me and my family so much. You won't find someone who will be more honest about your case and fight to the nail to see it through. She saw us at all times of the day to see us and make sure our case come through. Great lawyer.

Super super rude, she said she's a lawyer, but her attitude and behavior was worst thanthe lady in fish market. Never smile, always frowning at customer and ask them to leave. No assist to help, No smile, No willing to talk. Horrible experience to me.

They offer 1st Free consultation = Zero Customer Service. Thumb down for this law firm. Never be back again.
